Shipping for all CONTINENTAL USA orders is a flat rate of $3.90 regardless of how many yards are purchased or even different fabrics being purchased. International shipping is based on total purchase amount and will be applied at check out. Payless Fabric offers the following Returns Policy: Any fabric may be returned for any reason to our store for a refund of your purchase price. if a mistake was made then return shipping will also be refunded. Please include reason for return with your return package.
